Tony Boosheri
President

Tony is the owner of Tonmar, beginning operations in 1992. Tony has a wealth of technical knowledge and experience within the janitorial industry and is a “hands-on” manager involved in the day-to-day operations, meeting with clients regularly. Through Tony’s dedication to customer service and expert leadership, Tonmar has expanded nationally. In his spare time Tony is an avid golfer and yachtsman.

Tyler Madison
General Manager

Tyler came to Tonmar in 2008 and brings over 30 years of senior management experience within the banking, consulting, insurance and janitorial fields. Tyler will be seen at Tonmar’s clients’ offices on a frequent basis as he is very involved in ensuring every client is more than satisfied. Tyler is also an avid boater!

Violetta Patterson
Administration Manager

Violetta came to Tonmar in 2005 with an accounting degree, and 25 years experience in the service industry. She works closely with our clients’ accounting departments to ensure accuracy at all times. Violetta’s passion is travel, particularly California and Mexico, while gardening is a hobby enjoyed at home. Coming from a large family, Violetta has a well defined sense of humour – her laughter is infectious and can often be heard throughout our office!

Kevin Walia
Operations Manager, Lower Mainland, BC

Kevin joined Tonmar in 2008, bringing over 10 years experience in customer service and management supported by a strong business education in addition to a wealth of knowledge within the janitorial industry. Kevin proudly represents the management team with a high energy style while seeking to offer the highest levels of client support. You will notice Kevin’s good natured enthusiasm as it tends to be infectious! Kevin is an outgoing individual that enjoys outdoor activities.

Parm Gill
Operations Manager, Lower Mainland, BC

Joining Tonmar in 2009, Parm’s experience includes 11 years of management combined with 17 years in customer service, as well as an Economics degree. Parm’s exceptional client service is highlighted by a soft-spoken, results-oriented style. He has had an immediate and positive impact in a very short time. In his free time Parm loves to coach high school basketball, which he has been doing for past 11 years, belying his competitive spirit!

Paul Frisk
Regional Manager, Calgary

Paul has worked with Tonmar in a sales and management capacity since 1998. Paul had been in residential appliance sales and management for many years prior to his career with Tonmar. Paul has competently managed Tonmar’s rapidly expanding Calgary location since 2005 and abides by Tonmar’s philosophy of providing a superior cleaning service to all its clients. Paul enjoys golf and holidays in Mexico.

Paul Moseley
Manager, Calgary

Paul started with Tonmar in 2009. He brings with him many years of international management experience within several industries. Paul has a university degree in Engineering and is also a judo black belt. Paul relaxes by walking in the mountains along with his family.

Hatem Farhat
Manager, Toronto

Hatem joined our Calgary Team in early 2009 and is playing a key role as we continue to expand, opening our branch in Toronto on Oct. 1, 2010! Hatem holds a Bachelor degree in Health Sciences and has over 9 years experience as General Manager with a very successful Diet Food company in Toronto. Hatem is an Olympic show jumping Rider and very involved in sports.
